Who we are
Altia Venture Capital is a Panamanian investment fund founded by a Central American group with more than 25 years of experience in financial operations. It operates independently with active investments in Panama, Nicaragua, and Mexico, managing more than $76 million in assets across seven business lines. The team is made up of more than 60 professionals specialized in financial structuring, real estate, microfinance, and portfolio management. The main offices are located on Floor 33, Office 33E, Tower 2000, Oceanía Business Plaza, C. Isaac Hanono Missri, Panama City.

The professional or executive with available capital from $20,000 USD who is looking for a real alternative to the bank with annual returns of 7% to 13%. The active investor who wants to diversify their portfolio with exposure to alternative assets in Latin America: microfinance, real estate, and real estate developments in a dollarized and stable economy. And the high-net-worth investor seeking private vehicles with professional management, a verifiable track record, and access to opportunities not available in the public market.

Investment thesis
Altia Venture Capital invests in real sectors of the Panamanian and Central American economy with high structural demand: microcredit for SMEs that banks do not serve, real estate in a market with sustained demand, real estate developments in Panama City, and recovery of credit portfolios for financial institutions. The strategy combines fixed-income vehicles with predictable returns (microfinance, debt collection) and real assets with greater appreciation potential (real estate, real estate developments). All instruments are backed by collateral assets or verifiable cash flows that secure the investor’s capital. Returns between 7% and 13% annually. Minimum investment $20,000 USD.
